2 coats of Gesso and drying overnight. Boy, that stuff is like painting with Elmer's white glue :)

The landing gear doors will be cut from the curved 3/32" wood using the white pattern after also drying overnight.

The small holes will be enlarged after the spinners get a couple of coats of gesso which strengthens the wood. The prop blades painted yellow will also be left to dry awhile.
