Baseball season is over. Now back to building. Here is the wonderful mold that frywfler, Ted Richards made for me. The clear canopy was damaged severely so this will have a solid nose.

30 some of the Payload shroud stiffeners applied. I used a small piece of aluminum angle held agaisnt the tubing to insure that the stiffenres were straight (this time: DAMHIKT).

This is the jig that I came up with to achieve a consistent 10 degrees tilt of teh booster nozzles.
