| I also repaired the wing bolt hole by adding a paper tube like is used on the MM Hellcat. I had intended to do this from the start, but got ahead of myself when covering the wing. |

| My simple fix; an epoxy and plywood sandwich. Tape was used to keep the epoxy from leaking out the bottom while a clamp help the sandwich till the epoxy set up. While not what I would do if I was still in the building phase, I think it will do the trick. |

| The fit seems also perfect. The right lower wing needs a little TLC to straighten the struts a bit. |

| Held together with rubbers the Spad sees daylight. Fitting dry fitting the wings and struts. |

| Close up view from the rear of the landing gear wire. There was little to prevent the wires from rotating, maybe I was supposed to put the wires on the other side of the spar. I think the best fix is to sandwich with plywood. |
