Future provides a glossy base for applying decals + i used bits and pieces from five different sheets> three after market sheets and two old left over kit sheets

The early 109 exhausts were simple, but tedious to make. Cutting out each exhaust pipe from plastic tubing, painting them and then gluing them to a piece of black painted paper, then gluing the paper to the nose took some time.

Steve in NH 2 yrs past when I built my first plane, I tried this method for using string. If the string I used were not wax coated me thinks it would have worked....but I went to wire!

The numbers are final. I found a seversy in my "Race With The Wind" book numbered X-18Y. Numbers poppy style avery stickons. Hand paining the name,which needs refining.
