| After wrapping I used a wedge clamp to lock it in place. It also aided in pulling the balsa hoop tight around the former. |

| Formed rudder hoop. 2ea 1/32" x 1/16" balsa strips saoked in water 'bout 10 min, microwave for no more than 10 secs. (they will dry out). 1/16" Bass form over Parchment. Tapered press-fit starter notch. Pull tension while wrapping both sticks around form. |
