Looks a very nice piece of work there Luke!

I added three extra pars for the wing to prevent warps and used tissue from EZ Build. I did a dry-fit to get the wing incidence. I added 1/2 inch to the recommended plan.

Again, not a Messerschmitt but the canopy work came out reasonably well and I used the canopy glue recommended by Scigs. I used a glue container from Volare for better control with the applicator tube. The glue itself is decent but I still miss the old Ambroid. I actually bought three tubes of Balsa glue from New Zealand but shipping was very High

This is obviously not the Messerschmitt but I could not select the Comet Corsair for a model. Thi is attempt two since the laser cut kit wing angle came out wrong. I had this in the closet for years.

By the way, this is the West Wings Spitfire 22/24, not the ME from Dumas. Printwood kit, very thin wing ribs, built up with the 3/32 stringers (ala DD) and sheeting and plugging next. Stock rudder will be replaced/modified. My wife asked, "You just built that and you are taking it apart?"

Stock frames at this point. Nice wood, but some of the directions are "a miracle will occur."

That is probably a good tip, I used the stuff from Ace hardware.

i used the testors plastic glue on the undercarriage plastic and it worked alright.

I didn't use the plastic for the wheel undercarriage, I carved some wood instead. The plastic just would not glue together.

I missed this also. Unusual markings and paint well done, as is build.

Don't know how I missed this one. Really nice job. A few others used Micky, Adolph Galland for one, but very few.

Gotta say one thing about those Romanians, they are probably the only country in the world to use Mickey Mouse as a harbinger of death.

I used four different shades of grey, and a few greens and browns on the camo section, with varying sizes of brushes with different stiffnesses. I would have used an airbrush to do this, but this is an experiment I wanted to try. By the way, I like that Esaki tissue.

Hai Fetito! ie, Let's Go Girl! very big in Romania as you well know. The decals from Techmod include masking for the spinner and although they are a hair smaller than what we need, they worked very nicely. As much detail as you could ever want. Now I know what th ered cross logo stands for.

Framing the Body doing some wood filling in the nose just one former more than they recommended. The wood on this Dumas kit is very good quality and near perfect fit
