| David Duckett | 17-Feb-16 02:58 | | Good question. The frame has two coats of dope on it sanded smooth. It is not necessary to dope around the edges as in covering an open area framework. Simply lay the moist silkspan on the surface, smooth it out, and dope it all. Surface tension created by the moist silkspan will hold it in place while it's doped, unless you're doing it in windy conditions. |
