The stabilizer and elevator are sanded to airfoil. The fin/rudders are flat with rounded edges.

The second application goes on easily and is just as easily smoothed into the right shape. It will now dry another 24 hours before I sand it smooth.

Filets the easy way. This is one application of filler applied with my finger. The objective is to get the general shape, not the finished product. I let this dry 24 hours.

I filled the gaps with scrap balsa and applied the first application of filler. Tomorrow I'll add the rear wing fairings and finish shaping the filets.
