The tail feathers have been sanded to proper airfoli and everything is sorta pinned together to see the shape of the Lancaster.

Ted, frwyflyer, saw my remark that the front would require some fancy carving so he asked if he could help and I said I would take all the help I could get so these arrived today.:-) and I'm thrilled!! The back is covered with 1/64" plywood.

The fin/rudder are glued together for shaping and sanding. The center piece was colored red to prevent sanding away the shape.
