For me building moving control surfaces is easier that painting, inking, or scratching them. The boys redesigned the internals of the elevators and rudder and cut them free.Final shaping and installation remains.

They changed the shape of the Al rear canopy, built the vert stab, and covered the tops of the horizon stabs. Productive day. They are getting their work rythym!

We had to rip out the yoke over the seat and rebuild it to accomodate the sliding canopy. Worked a bit on theAl around the pit. Indented area will hold the gunsight.

65 hours from the start, we have a fuselage skinned in aluminum and 1/32 basswood and the start of the horizontal stabilizer.
