Waiting for papint to dry and decals to come. Working on details. The main gear on this thing are just plain obnoxious. Lots of styrene tubing. Lots of hydraulics.

First step was getting the horizontal lines. Then placement fore to aft. Once I had the front of the piece marked, it was held on the line and the pins marked and drilled. It helps in the glueing process. All you have to do is align one axis instead of three.

Starting work on this end too. Question: My research on the Blue Angels and this aircraft show a lighter, brighter blue than the usual Navy blue. Am I corrrect?
